Pineapple Cream Pie
Hey RIG family, this is one of my family’s favorite spring pies and this recipe makes two at a time. Serve one to your group and gift one to a friend or neighbor. Win, win!
Ingredients
2 graham cracker crusts
2 cups sour cream
1 large package (5.1 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 ounce) carton cool whip
Let’s stir it up, shall we? Take a large mixing bowl and combine the pineapple, sour cream, pudding mix, and one half of the cool whip. Mix well and divide between two graham pie crusts. Chill. Before serving, top with the remainder of the cool whip. Fun hack: I like to put my cool whip in a piping bag and use it to create a pretty presentation! Enjoy!
