Hey RIG family! Did you know pull-ups are one of the most highly effective exercises for building upper body strength, improving overall fitness, and promoting good posture? These are things we all need at any age. But, let’s get really real, pull-ups are hard! I used to wonder how I could ever get the strength to start incorporating them into my fitness goals when I couldn’t even do ONE! That’s right, not even one! Then I found this doorway pull-up bar with this super duper exercise band secret. I’ll link it in stories. Basically, it reduces the amount of weight you have to lift. That means you can do more than one and that builds your muscle mass! Win/win! Side note, if you see me in person, ask me about a really funny story that happened recently while I was using this thing. I can’t print it here! @chryshoward and my mama would both have my hide!
