A Few of My Favorite Things
Hey RIG family! I’m opening up my makeup bag to share a few of my favorite products with you.
Jones Road Miracle Balm – https://www.jonesroadbeauty.com/ I love this stuff! I’m on my second order. Their website says you can use Miracle Balm before or after your foundation. I can’t figure out the advantage of putting in on after your foundation, but chocolate and vanilla, right? I apply it to my face after my moisturizer. I feel like it wakes up my skin and gives it a natural glow.
CC Cream – Color Correcting Moisturizing Make-up Base & Foundation – https://perbellecosmetics.com/ Again, there are several ways you can use this fantastic cream, but I heartily recommend it giving it a try. I use it like a concealer rather than a full base. I dot it on here and there where needed to even out my skin tone, minimize my pores and conceal my brown spots. CC Cream does it all while and yet it’s very lightweight. Not at all “cakey” like yesteryear’s concealers. Best of all, you do not have to figure out your shade. CC Cream does it for you, blending perfectly into your own skin tone. I don’t know how they do it, I’m just happy to have it in my bag.
Jouer Powder – https://www.jouercosmetics.com/ I finish my skin with a light dusting of this ridiculously magical setting powder. Their marketing reads that it’s “like an instant blurring filter” and I’m here to witness to it. I’ve already reordered it, once.
That’s it! I add some eye makeup and I’m good to go. I’m curious. Do you wear makeup every single day like yours truly? Personally, I don’t leave home with it. LOL!

Shellie

Hello Tammy, this is Shellie. I’ll make sure Chrys sees this so she can weigh in as well, but my answer may surprise you. It does me because I grew up with oily skin, but I actually use a face oil on my skin after I wash my face instead of just a moisturizer. I do believe it’s helping. StriVectin is a good one! Hugs, Shellie
