Monday Motivation

My daddy was a marine. He learned the “give it some elbow grease” principle as a soldier and used that phrase probably hundreds of times as he was guiding the work effort of us six kids. He was teaching us to not only give it our best, but to dig deeper when things are hard and never give up.

You might be going through some tough things. As a believer, digging deeper through hard things doesn’t require more elbow grease. It just requires digger deeper into God’s well of love, patience, trust, hope and strength. Read Deuteronomy 31:6 and be encouraged. God will always be with you.
